North York Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a clinical approach to helping you maintain or regain functional capacity after injury, and get back to the life you were meant to live. A North York Physiotherapist is waiting to help you regain your normal function.

Physiotherapists are experts in the non-surgical treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and injuries. Our experienced physiotherapists are committed to providing comprehensive care and take pride in the high quality of treatment they offer. Our North York physiotherapists are continually enrolled in post-graduate courses to stay current in their field in order to offer industry leading treatment techniques. Our physiotherapists are manual therapists and many of them have attained the highest designation and level of training attainable while the others are in active pursuit of this specialized designation.

What To Expect From Your North York Physiotherapist

When you are under the care of an ARC Health & Wellness physiotherapist, you can expect to be taken through an individualized program that addresses your unique needs and goals. On your first day, your physical therapist will take time listening, observing, and examining to generate a complete picture of your injury and symptoms. This session will conclude with an explanation of your treatment plan, what to expect going forward with physiotherapy, and instructions for any exercises you can begin performing at home.
